New Year, New Travels

Happy New Year! 2019 – Is it just me or does yesterday feel like 2010? My friends and I spent NYE partying like it was 1922 (which is ironic, considering were one year away from 2020, eh old sport?). We drank champagne, we did the Charleston, and I contracted more glitter and feathers all over my body than ever before in my life. #truestory

A new year brings plenty of new travel plans for this little blogger. And, more importantly, new ways to make travel more efficient and cost-effective. I am so excited for the upcoming destinations I have on the schedule this year, but before jetting off I wanted to share some of my carry-on essentials that make #travellife a little less stressful – because let’s face it, no one wants to end up at their destination sans toothbrush.

Over the years I’ve gotten better and better at packing efficiently. Creating a checklist for my carry-on not only helped minimize the superfluous items that never failed to end up in my carry-on (looking at you, 3 extra pairs of heels that never end up being worn) and took up precious space.
